A man has been charged with murder after the death of a 55-year-old man in north London.
Reece Jones, 25, of West Hendon Broadway, was charged on 29 June with the murder of David McKenna.
Emergency services were called to a fire at a property in Barnet at about 5.56am on 12 October last year.
They discovered McKenna unresponsive and trapped inside the ground-floor flat.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and a postmortem revealed he died of head injuries.
Jones will appear at Hendon magistrates court on Wednesday.
