Cooking Instruction:
Prepare  boil water in a pot put small aside, using wooden spoon, stir flour into the water, break up lumps until a smooth consistency is obtained add hot water. If necessary cover the pot and cook slowly for 3 minutes. Serve hot with soup or stew.

3.Rice Flour- This rice grains free from artificial colors, flavor or preservative .

Cooking Instruction:
 - Pour the desired quantity of rice flour into a bowl and mix with cold water to form thick paste.
- Boil desired quantity of water in a sauce pan and stir the paste into the boiling water until it is thick
    and smooth.
- Add warm water and cover pot and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve with soup of your choice.
